2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Currently we are offering free shipping, for our launch week. Estimated delivery time is between 4 - 8 business days. This includes the 1-2 days it takes to go from receiving your order, to getting to work and making your order.
Truckers caps shipping can take up to 8 days, due to USA shipping.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your Tracking Number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours
4. Damages:
RAID FOUNDERS LTD are not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
5. REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives with defects to clothing, embroidery and prints, please email us as soon as possible at support@raidfounders.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
